ARGO PROJECT SUCCESSES: NANOWAVE VISIT COMBINES SCIENCE AND CULTURE

Cooperation within the European project ARGO (HORIZON EUROPE MSCA) continues to deepen. From September 04 to 12, 2025, Professor Roman Moskalenko and Assistant Anastasiia Denisenko (Ukrainian-swedish research center SUMEYA and Department of Pathological Anatomy, SumDU) visited the Polish company NANOWAVE in Wroclaw.

Unlike the previous one, this visit was focused not only on negotiations but also on intensive lab work. Ukrainian scientists had fruitful meetings and exchanged expertise with NANOWAVE representative Rafał Banasiuk. The main goal was to optimize production processes for obtaining silver and copper nanoparticles, which are the basis for the innovative material being developed for dentistry.

Mr. Banasiuk not only facilitated professional collaboration but also organized an insightful tour of picturesque Wroclaw for the guests. This cultural gesture underscored the importance of interpersonal connections and cultural diplomacy as an integral part of successful international scientific cooperation. The visit once again confirmed the high level of partnership between SumDU and NANOWAVE, opening new horizons for joint research.
