As part of the implementation of the ARGO HORIZON EUROPE project, Professor Roman Moskalenko, Head of the Ukrainian-Swedish Research Center SUMEYA, visited NANOWAVE, a consortium partner of the ARGO project located in Wrocław, Poland.
Professor Moskalenko’s visit, which took place from January 29 to February 14, 2025, focused on strengthening collaboration with NANOWAVE. The company produces silver nanoparticles, a crucial component for the project’s innovative dental material.
During productive discussions with Mr. Krzysztof Urbanek, plans were made to further develop and expand cooperation by exploring the use of copper-based and other metal ion nanoparticles.
Professor Moskalenko also toured NANOWAVE’s new production facility at the Institute of Personnel Training in Wrocław, gaining firsthand insight into their nanoparticle manufacturing process.
Interdisciplinary collaboration with industry partners and international cooperation are invaluable assets for building sustainable partnerships that benefit our institutions and countries.
